Any decisions, offers, rates, and terms are determined solely by third-party providers. Your submission is a request to explore options and does not create an obligation to accept any offer.

3. Consent to communications

If you opt in, you authorize ClearQual and its funding partners to contact you at the phone number provided, including through automated or prerecorded calls and text messages. Consent is not required as a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to submit false information, impersonate others, or attempt to interfere with site functionality.

5. Disclaimers

The site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for the content, products, or services provided by third parties.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClearQual will not be liable for indirect or consequential damages.
